Tbilisi. "Liberal" has released a video recording of discussion hosted by the Frontline Club: "What kind of citizen the school should raise". The discussion was held as part of the project "Discussions on the Children's Rights", implemented by Frontline Club and "Liberal" magazine with support of the UN Children's Fund.
