As part of the "Results-Oriented Project Management" program, the Civil Society Institute has delivered trainings on the second module - "Development of Indicators" - for the representatives of selected organizations in Gori, Kutaisi and Batumi. The workshops aimed to give theoretic and practical knowledge to participants on indicators, so that they are able to develop relevant indicators for results-oriented projects.
During two days the participants have widened their knowledge on the development of results chain and logical framework, as well as got familiar with characteristics and structure of indicators and the table of indicators. Workshop participants have developed indicators for the project they had elaborated as part of the first module.
The "Results-Oriented Project Management" program is developed under the guidance of invited international expert and is built on modern methods and standards. The program is financially supported by "Bread for the World".
