Manual for Lawyers on Anti-Money Laundering Measures
Tbilisi. On August 4, member attorneys of the Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG) have released a manual "on Anti-Money Laundering Measures for Lawyers".
The manual analyzes the compliance of current legislative regulations on money-laundering with international standards and informs lawyers about performance of statutory obligations in the area of money laundering.
The Association of Law Firms of Georgia has developed the manual as part of the project "Improving State Policies in the Areas of Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism", funded by the "Open Society - Georgia" Foundation.
