Qvemo Qartli. On September 10 a project on "Facilitation of Development of Political Parties in Regions to Ensure Establishment of Competitive Political Environment" has been launched in Rustavi. Within the frames of the School of Politics the representatives of political parties will get familiarized with such important issues as: electoral cycle, norms of election ethics, international standards for elections and electoral systems, minimum standards for democratic operation of political parties, most important aspects of equality politics (gender, persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities), political campaign and others. The project is implemented by the Center for Development and Democracy (CDD).
