Tbilisi. Liberalism Center has renewed public lectures. On September 11 for the students of the Center and for interested individuals a public lecture of Giorgi Mshvenieradze on ''Until all are made free'' has been held.
For those, who were unable to attend the lecture, the Center provides an opportunity to see video recording.
