Tbilisi. The organization Young Barristers, in response to the social discussion about the so called "Narushilovka” or "violation permit”, evaluates the former Prime Minister, Bizina Ivanishvili’s statement. 

''We consider, that the investigation should be completed as soon as possible and offenders should be punished. Naturally, it is permissible, that certain authorized persons had "violation permit”, however it should be clearly specified in the normative document exactly who and when can use it. An Act should also be prepared in a timely manner, in order not to create a vacuum, affecting operational and investigative activities'', noted in the statement.
