Tbilisi. The Association of Young Financiers and Businessmen has held a briefing on the draft state budget for the year of 2016.

''As reflected in the 2016 draft budget, the next year budget deficit indicator is considered to be on 3% level, which is one of the lowest rates in the last ten years'' – is noted in the statement of the organization.
