''It is important that all individuals involved in the torture of people have been held responsible to the justice. Besides, the responsibility of those persons has to be subject to the justice too, who have taken part in the creation of mentioned system (torture and illegal eavesdropping of prisoners)'' – is noted in the statement of the organization.
