Tbilisi. On November 11 Non-Governmental Organizations met with the barrister Giorgi Mdinaradze. At the meeting, George Mdinaradze recalled once again the developments, which took place on November 8 at the 5th division of the Vake-Saburtalo police department, and the violence details committed against him.
