Tbilisi. The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) responds to the fact of shooting of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Vazisubani.

''The analysis of the disclosed facts of violence against Jehovah's Witnesses shows that they become victims of physical and psychological violence due to religious intolerance coming from separate individuals and quite often from the representatives of dominant religious group via hampering their religious activities, intimidation, coercion, beating, harassment and various other methods. While, as a result of ineffective response of the state in such cases, often the acts of violence are performed by one and the same person / group of persons'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
