Tbilisi. Non-Governmental Organizations submitted to the government the recommendations, worked out in relation to the establishment of special polling stations and to the voting procedures at those stations.

''With the amendments, elaborated by us, and via special polling stations, voters will be able to participate in the proportional elections of a president, local self-governance and the Parliament of Georgia. As for the majoritarian elections, voters may participate in the majoritarian elections via special polling station only in the case if the location of their registration belongs to the territory of a special polling station'' – is noted in the joint statement.
