Transparency about the freelance employees at the government-financed organizations
Tbilisi. Transparency International Georgia declares that "the number of freelance employees at the majority of the government-financed organizations exceeds defined limit”.
''In difference with the staff, the regulation regarding number, job description or salary adjustment of the freelance employees is far more liberal and non-transparent and, as a rule, is completely dependent on the leadership of the respective institution, which increases the risk of its abuse'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
