''We consider signing such an agreement by the municipal transport company unacceptable, because it sets actual radio-monopoly on the very broad segment of population and, thus, it is incompatible with democracy and the fundamental principles of human rights law: freedom of choice and the right of access to a variety of information, which have to be adhered and respected by all state agencies or municipal companies'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
