Adjara. The organization "Caucasus"
and the "Literature Club" of the Batumi Public School #10 have
organized the "literature marathon" on December 18 in the Batumi
Civic Engagement Center, with participation of schoolchildren from various
Batumi-based schools. The "Literature Club" of the LEPL Batumi Public
School #10 has received funding twice from the Ministry of Education, Culture
and Sports of Adjara for the targeted program promoting the school-based clubs.
As part of this grant, the Club organizes literature contests, marathons and
discussions of the works of Georgian and foreign writers. Members of the winner
team of the "literature marathon" were awarded with books and
diplomas.
