Meeting of CSOs with the Law-Enforcers
Samegrelo. At the initiative of the Zugdidi Office
of the Civic Engagement Center and the local organization of "Transparency
International – Georgia”, representatives of
the law-enforcement agencies have met with Zugdidi-based CSO and media
organizations on December 27.
According
to the Head of the Zugdidi Office of the Civic Engagement Center Eka Minjoria,
"the meeting evolved around openness, transparency and accountability. This was
an unprecedented occasion, when the leading officials of law-enforcement
agencies have met with the society and answered their questions.”
