The Central Election Commission, in cooperation with the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), presented to non-governmental sector a risk management plan for credibility of elections. ''Mentioned document covers main priorities, such as division of borders, electoral disputes, counting of votes, election security and infrastructure'' – is stated on the web-page of the Center for Development and Democracy.
