Tbilisi. The Venice Commission, based on the address of the President of Georgia, is elaborating comments on mentioned legislative changes.

''The Commission got interested in how the Coalition evaluated the purpose of the changes, the process of their adoption, certain provisions concerning the term of office of judges, increase of competence of the plenum, the rule of publication of the decision, change of the quorum of a plenary session, and so forth.

The Coalition prepared an extensive document, which contains detailed legal analysis of the changes and their impact on the activities of the Constitutional Court'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
