Kvemo Kartli. On June 6, 2016, the Rustavi City Court upheld a lawsuit of the "Caucasus Apostolic Administration of Latin Rite Catholics", through which the plaintiff requested that the City Hall of the Municipality of Rustavi City issued a certificate of permission for construction of a Catholic Church on the plot of land, registered under plaintiff’s possession. The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) defended the interests of the Catholic Church related to the mentioned case.
