''We consider that in difference with the initial version of the bill, proposed amendment significantly enhance fundamental aspects of performance and functioning of a trial by jury. It should be noted that in this version are reflected the majority of those comments, which have been expressed at the initial stage of the reform as by the coalition, as well as by international experts'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
