Adjara. The Social Center for the Elderly periodically hosts information seminars on the topics of concern to the elderly persons. The seminar held on January 21 concerned the issues of healthy ageing. Discussion at the seminar evolved around factors that contribute to the longevity of people: healthy mode of life, balanced nourishing, moderate physical activities, etc.
