Constitutional lawsuit of religious unions

Tbilisi. Five religious unions, registered in Georgia, submitted a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court.
''Religious organizations, with the exception of the Georgian Apostolic Autocephalous Orthodox Church, encounter a variety of obstacles in different form while receiving a state property, which is inconsistent with the principle of equality before the law, recognized by the Constitution of Georgia, and the right to property and inheritance'' – is stated on the website of the organization.
