Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association responds to the position of Mikheil Saakashvili, the former President of Georgia, regarding the application submitted to the election administration by it.

''We appraise the statement of the former President as an action directed towards indirect restriction of the mandate of a monitoring organization and silencing it, which is unacceptable in a democratic state'' – is noted in the statement of the organization.
