2015 Government Budget Execution: Fifteen Major Findings by the State Audit Office
Tbilisi. On May 15, 2016 the State Audit Office released an extensive report on the execution of the 2015 budget, which covers program budgeting, revenues, total outlays, problems with public procurement and cash management, as well as recommendations. We have raised most of these issues in a number of our publications over the past few years.
