The Media Development Foundation has published a monitoring report of the "Action Plan of the Government of Georgia on the Protection of Human Rights” for 2014-2015 years. The document states that ''law enforcement and investigative agencies give irrelevant qualification to and investigate ineffectively those cases, in which signs of a crime, related to obstruction of professional activities of journalists, reveal''.
