Special Transfers during the Pre-Election Period
Tbilisi. The Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information has released
information on the special transfers carried out in the regions during the 2012
pre-election period. The study released on February 4 includes transfers made
from the Reserve Funds of the President, Government and the fund of projects to
be implemented in the regions.
