Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association considers that the Archpriest Giorgi Mamaladze has not been given an opportunity till now to present his own justifications to the public.
"Reviewing given case makes it clear that the measures, taken by the Prosecutor’s Office, put the accused in evidently unequal conditions. On the one hand, the Prosecutor's Office openly talks about different circumstances that are important for the case, while Mamaladze and his lawyers are not able to respond to publicly voiced accusations” – is stated on the website of GYLA.
