''The aim of the training was to inform the people about women’s rights and gender equality issues. The participants were local residents and the engagement was high particularly among school teachers and kindergarten employees. They received information about gender roles, stereotypes, employment market, gender segregation and gender equality as the part of the democracy, social justice and well being'', is noted in the statement.
