Statement of Article 42 of the Constitution
Tbilisi. On February 9, Article 42 of the
Constitution has released the statement on confrontation that occurred in the
territory adjacent to the National Library. The organization calls on the
law-enforcement agencies to observe public safety and order, as well as to
carry out rapid and effective investigation so that the offenders are
identified in time.
