Tbilisi. On February 9, Article 42 of the Constitution has released the statement on confrontation that occurred in the territory adjacent to the National Library. The organization calls on the law-enforcement agencies to observe public safety and order, as well as to carry out rapid and effective investigation so that the offenders are identified in time.
