Tbilisi. The Regional Center for Research and Promotion of Constitutionalism delivers the targeted qualification raising courses for journalists. "Lessons in Constitutionalism" will be held in March, April and May. Delivered lectures and practical exercises will relate to real events and positions of parties participating in the drafting/examination of the draft constitutional amendments.
