Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) publishes an evaluation related to a draft of the Georgian law on ''Labor Safety''.
It is stated in the document that EMC positively evaluates an attempt of the state to fulfill its obligation stipulated by law, which regards to carrying out a state supervision at places of employment and establishing basic guarantees for labor safety, however, the presented legislative package does not adequately meet labor safety and health monitoring requirements in the country.
