Court has issued a restraining order on the fact of stalking
Tbilisi. On July 4, the Tbilisi City Court issued a restraining order for up to 6 months period to protect a woman, the victim of violence.
The court considered arguments of lawyers of GYLA and made one of the precedent decisions, which envisages various protection mechanisms relevant to a case on psychological harassment (stalking) committed against a woman.
