New project of EMC
Tbilisi. Since June 1, the Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) has been implementing a new project – "Reform of investigation system for establishment of fair and effective criminal justice”.
The purpose of the project is to improve criminal justice system and, in the circumstance of a competitive process, perfect investigative and prosecutorial supervision structure.
