Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) publishes material regarding a new system of distribution of cases in common courts.

It is considered in the organization that elaboration of a new system of distribution of cases in common courts is one of the most important reforms of last years, however, at the legislative level there are a number of remaining open issues that have been handed over to the High Council of Justice by the Parliament for their arrangement.
