CEC has made changes into a training module as a result of recommendations of PHR
Tbilisi. Following to recommendations of the organization "Partnership for Human Rights” (PHR), CEC has made changes into a training module for members of a Precinct Election Commission in order to protect etiquette of conversation and norms of conduct with disabled voters.
