PHR: The Personal Data Protection Inspector has found MIA to be a law offender
Tbilisi. The organization ''Partnership for Human Rights'' (PHR) releases information, according to which the Personal Data Protection Inspector finds MIA to be a law offender.
It concerns the case when the Ministry refused to give a citizen a document containing his personal data without any justification. It was PHR that addressed the Personal Data Protection Inspector regarding this issue.
