Adjara. Paata Diasamidze, a lawyer of the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association, responds to a fire in the Leogrand Hotel and its results.

The lawyer clarifies that in case of repeated violation, the Emergency Management Agency can fine the Hotel with the maximum amount of GEL 300. The Agency does not possess any other response tool. In the opinion of the lawyer of GYLA, the supervision mechanism in terms of fire safety is ineffective.
