Tbilisi. The Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) has released the "story of a lost million". In particular, the story concerns the agreement executed in the first quarter of 2012 between the Ministry of Education and the Civil Institutionalism Development Foundation, under which the Foundation was funded by the state with one million for enhancing the role of the NGO sector and promoting its further development.
