Committee on Health and Social Issues Supports Public Defender’s Legislative Proposal
Tbilisi. The Parliament’s Committee on Health and Social Affairs supports the legislative proposal of the Public Defender of Georgia of 3 November 2017 concerning amendments to the Law on State Pension.
The legislative proposal envisages amendments to the law so that people employed in the public sector and living in the occupied territories have the opportunity to receive state pension in an uninterrupted manner.
