Kvemo Kartli. On the initiative of Women's Information Center, a Marneuli representation of the Network of Centers for Civic Engagement organized a working meeting regarding creation of a Gender Council at the Marneuli City Assembly.

The meeting was attended by Secretary of the Gender Council, Gender Regional Representative in Kvemo Kartli of the Public Defender's Office, representatives of Marneuli Women's Room and non-governmental organizations working on women issues.
