EMC addresses the Prosecutor's Office in regard to a case of Temirlan Machlikashvili
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) responds to a process of investigation that takes place in regard to the fact of murder of Temirlan Machalikashvili and calls on the Prosecutor's Office to ensure family members and lawyers of deceased Temirlan Machalikashvili's have full access to materials of the case.
