Tbilisi. ''Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center'' (EMC) has sent the Prime Minister, Parliament, Chief Prosecutor and other responsible agencies a document, containing an extensive legal appraisal of shortcomings of an investigation related to the case of encroachment on the life of Temirlan Machalikashvili.

In the document, containing legal appraisal, EMC notes that the process of investigation, conducted in regard to the case of encroachment on the life of Temirlan Machalikashvili, is carried out with serious legal shortcomings, which fact indicates formal character of the investigation and substantially reduces expectation of performing a comprehensive, complete and objective investigation.
