Results of visit to psychiatric institutions
Tbilisi. Partnership for Human Rights (PHR) visited 7 psychiatric institutions. In Khoni and Surami lawyers were restricted three times to meet individuals living in mentioned institutions.
In regard to these facts the organization submitted an application to the Ministry of Health twice. While visiting psychiatric institutions PHR conducted 22 legal consultations.
