Tbilisi. On September 13, International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) presented the first interim report related to a monitoring of a pre-election period of the 2018 presidential elections of Georgia. The document mainly contains a review of a period from August 1 through September 8, however the report also includes certain developments that affected the election process beyond mentioned period.
