Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) responds to a letter sent by the National Communications Commission to broadcasters demanding removal of a political advertisement.
''We consider that the letter of Chairman of the Commission does not represent a legal act of the Commission, is not compulsory for broadcasters to execute, contains threats of restriction of freedom of expression and contradicts legislation of Georgia…'', - is stated on the website of the organization.
