Second interim report of ISFED
Tbilisi. "International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy” (ISFED) has presented the second interim monitoring report of a pre-election period of the 2018 elections of President of Georgia.
The document mainly reviews the period from September 9 to 30, however, the report also includes a number of developments that have been influencing the election process beyond this period.
