Tbilisi. Observers of the Human Rights Center monitored the elections of President of Georgia in three regions - Kakheti, Shida Kartli and Kvemo Kartli.

''According to information provided by observers of the Human Rights Center, often in the work of Election Commissions there are such violations and shortcomings that are addressed by Commissions right after observers make their remarks.

However, it is unfortunate that low qualification of members of Election Commissions still remains a problem of the Election Administration. The majority of procedural violations committed by them are caused not by an attempt to falsify the elections, but more by the lack of qualification and knowledge of election legislation'', - is noted in the statement.
