''The Heritage Foundation published the 2019 Index of Economic Freedom, according to which condition of effectiveness of court in Georgia decreased by 9.6 percent in comparison with that in the previous year. With this indicator, in 2019, Georgia has mostly moved to the rank of non-free countries'', - is stated in the blogpost.
