The OSCE Representative on Freedom of the
Media DunjaMijatovic has positively evaluated hte amendments to the Law on
Broadcasting. Yet, she offers certain recommendations to the Georgian side and
refers to vague provisions as well.DunjaMijatovic has submitted the OSCE analysis
to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia on March 25. The document
provides legal analysis and focuses on the necessity of securing proper work of
the Public Broadcaster during the transition period.
