Tbilisi. "Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center” (EMC) and the "Institute for Development of Freedom of Information” (IDFI) present a new study – "Evaluation of results of the judicial reform”.

The study describes and evaluates two novelties introduced in the judicial system as a result of the "Third Wave” reform: a program of electronic distribution of cases and a process of disciplinary proceedings against judges in the circumstances of enactment of an institute of independent inspector.
