Constitutional Court satisfied a lawsuit of GYLA
Adjara. On April 18, 2019, the Constitutional Court satisfied one more lawsuit of GYLA, which was related to management of a timeframe for appealing to a higher instance against a court decision.
GYLA appealed to the Constitutional Court against a norm, according to which a deadline for appealing to a higher instance against a court decision starts not from the moment of handover of a motivation part of a decision to a party, but from the moment of announcement of a resolution part.
